From the first interaction to the completion of admission formalities, our school team strives to provide appropriate guidance and assistance so that families can understand the admission procedure clearly.

SPS Convent School follows a structured withdrawal procedure to ensure that all academic, administrative and financial formalities are completed smoothly.
Parents wishing to withdraw their son/daughter from the school are required to provide the school with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice.
If a parent decides not to send the student to the school after depositing the admission fee and security deposit, the admission fee and applicable annual charges shall not be refundable, subject to the prevailing school rules and policies.
Where applicable, the parent may also be required to pay one month's school fee for day boarders and two months' school fee for boarders, in accordance with the school's withdrawal policy.
School fees will be calculated according to the number of calendar months for which the student remains enrolled in the school.
Any part of a calendar month will be considered a complete month for the purpose of fee calculation. For example, if a student leaves the school on the 5th day of a month, the applicable fee for that entire month will be charged.
If the required notice period has not been provided, the applicable fee for the notice period may also be charged or adjusted in accordance with school rules.
The final settlement of the student's account and issuance of the Transfer Certificate (TC) will be processed after receiving the necessary clearance from all concerned departments of the school.
Parents are requested to allow approximately two weeks from the date of withdrawal for the completion of the required administrative formalities, subject to all dues and clearances being completed.
The school reserves the right, where considered necessary in the larger interest of the institution and its students, to require the withdrawal of a student in accordance with the school's rules and policies.
The decision of the Principal in such matters shall be final.
